Joya Mana is committed to making our website and online shopping experience accessible to as many people as possible, including people who use assistive technologies.

Our Approach

We aim to design and maintain joyamana.com with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as our accessibility target.

Our accessibility efforts are guided by practices such as:

• using semantic page structure and meaningful headings;
• supporting keyboard navigation and visible keyboard focus;
• providing text alternatives for meaningful images;
• labeling forms, controls, and interactive elements clearly;
• working to maintain readable typography and sufficient color contrast;
• avoiding information that depends on color alone;
• supporting browser zoom, responsive layouts, and reduced-motion preferences; and
• considering accessibility in important shopping tasks such as product selection, adding items to the bag, and beginning checkout.

Current Status

Accessibility is an ongoing part of our design and development process.

The website has not yet undergone an independent accessibility conformance audit. We therefore do not currently claim full conformance with WCAG 2.2 Level AA.

Some parts of the purchasing experience, including checkout and payment interfaces, are provided by Shopify and other third-party service providers and may operate differently from the Joya Mana storefront.
